Cancelation & Refund policy for New Customer

1. Subscription Cancellation and Refunds

1.1 Cancellation within First 3 Days: Customers may cancel their subscription within the first 3 days from the start date and receive a full refund by deducting a minimal fee of $50. Therefor our service to the customer will stop immediately ( Currently & Upcoming ) as cancelation take Place.

1.2 Cancellation After 3 Days: After the initial 3 days, customers may still cancel their subscription within 10 days of purchase. However, a cancellation fee of $100 per day & $50  (fixed fee ) will be deducted from the subscription amount and customer will get the remaining amount. Therefore our service to the customer will stop immediately ( Currently & Upcoming ) as cancelation take Place.

1.3 No Refunds After 10 Days: After 10 days from the purchase date, no refunds will be issued for canceled subscriptions. However, customers retain access to our services until the subscription expiry date.

1.4 Service Restrictions: In the event of canceled subscriptions, If you canceled before 10 Days of Purchased than access to our services will be restricted until a new subscription is purchased. But if you canceled after 10 Days of Purchased than you can enjoy our services for which you had paid earlier till it expiry date.

1.5 Refund Mode & Duration : Customer will get the refund in the same mode by which they had paid. Therefore the time duration of refund would be  2 to 3 working Days.

Cancelation & Refund policy for Re- Subscriber 

If a customer Cancel the subscription within 3 days of purchased and after sometime he want to subscribe again then he will not get the 3 days relaxation time. Re- subscriber can’t cancel there plan before 3 days of purchased they can cancel it only between of 3 to 10 days of repurchased. From the first day of repurchased $200 will start deducting from his total amount and if he cancel after 3 days than he’ll get the remaining amount by deduction according to the number of days + $50 as cancelation fixed fee and our service to the Re- subscriber will stop immediately ( Currently & Upcoming ) as cancelation take Place. Cancelation after 10 days for re-subscriber is same as for new customer.

3 Days Relaxation period is only for New Customers only!
