• You can choose time slot given there according to your preference. Than it will be a 30 min voice/video call which is FREE OF COST.
• In this call our Client relationship manager ( CRM ) will be in touch with you & he/she will let you know everything about the plan you have chosen and plan which is perfect for you, after your final discussion with him/her. He/she will send you an email with URL or attached document which include your chosen subscription plan and payment link.
• After clicking on the link you have to fill the billing details & pay the required amount in the document ( including subscription charges + tax, if applied ). After the payment you’ll received payment confirmation email.
• After that within 2 to 3 working hours, you’ll received another email from the CRM which contain all the details ( Subscription validity, slack link for  communication with your Project Manager & for creating design request, Your Project manager email address , Support email address for quick managing your subscription.

The number of design tasks is determined by the precision of your project brief, the complexity of the project, and your responsiveness and availability to approve revisions if necessary.

When you want from us to proceed on 2 request simultaneously. This  request is used when you have more than 1 request in the queue (2 Request ) and both are urgent, Therefore we had started working on first request in the queue and you also want the second request to be done at the same time than we’ll use your bonus request if have otherwise you can also buy it individually. 

Bonus requests are depending on how much you have & how much you are using. suppose you are having 5 bonus requests and you had send 4 task request in queue and all 4 are urgent, so you have to simply mention on that “Bonus Request”. After that we’ll start working on that in this 1 is your normal task request and 3 are bonus request, therefore we’ll deduct your 3 bonus requests from your total and you have only 2 bonus request left.

• Subscription do not contain any content writing and researching work. we are taking care of only design part. if you want content writing than you have to add on this with your subscription.
• Hosting & domain are not included in website designing.

Design Pexel unlimited services are ultra-powerful, but there are certain creative projects that should be left to specialists or in-house teams. In the interest of productivity and commitment to quality, we do NOT support the following types of requests:

• Extremely complex or fine art illustrations
• Fillable or interactive PDF documents
• Complex photo manipulation
• Digital painting and game assets
• 3D/CAD projects
• HTML, CSS, UI/UX design
• Programming, coding, or development
• File formats outside of our supported file types
• Trademarked names, brands, or quotes
• Content writing or manual typing (typing text from images, coming up with titles for ads, doing research for copy, etc.)

Inappropriate requests that are sexually explicit, defamatory, ethnically or racially offensive, or anything that is against Design Pexel core values.

Customer can cancel his subscription within the first 3 days from the start date of your subscription and get his full money back by deducting a minimal fee of $50. Therefor our service to the customer will stop immediately ( Currently & Upcoming ) as cancelation take Place. After 3 days customer can still cancel his subscription till 10 days of his purchased but at the charge of $100/day + $50 Fixed Fee. In simple language After 3 days $100 will be start deducting on daily basis from his total amount. Therefore he’ll get the remaining amount if he cancel it within 10 days of purchased and our service to the customer will stop immediately ( Currently & Upcoming ) as cancelation take Place between the given time period.  hence customer can still cancel there current subscription after 10 days, but no money will be refunded but he can also have rights to enjoy our service till the Current subscriptions Plan expiry date that he had canceled. therefore we’ll not charge him from the next month and our services to the customer will be restricted until he’ll buy the subscription again. So if you want to cancel the subscription you can do as soon as possible to save your bucks.

Note : If a customer Cancel the subscription within 3 days of purchased and after sometime he want to subscribe again then he will not get the 3 days relaxation time. Re- subscriber can’t cancel there plan before 3 days of purchased they can cancel it only between of 3 to 10 days of repurchased. From the first day of repurchased $200 will start deducting from his total amount and if he cancel after 3 days than he’ll get the remaining amount by deduction according to the number of days + $50 as cancelation fixed fee and our service to the Re- subscriber will stop immediately ( Currently & Upcoming ) as cancelation take Place. Cancelation after 10 days for re-subscriber is same as for new customer.

3 Days Relaxation period is only for New Customers only!    

After joining our creative team you had received an welcome email which contain support team email address. Now simply you have to send an email to them from the email you had registered while billing. After that you will receive a reply from them in which you have to tell them the reason for your cancelation & also provide them your Bank details to receive your remaining amount. after that your cancelation is approved within less than 30 min  and you’ll get the  refund before 24 hours.
